These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GetCommentFlow website at https://getcommentflow.com and the related desktop software, documentation, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading the software, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

GetCommentFlow is a software tool designed to assist users in managing, drafting, and automating blog comment outreach for relationship building and digital marketing. The Service may include a desktop application, license activation, documentation, and periodic in-app sync of verified platform lists under an annual plan.

GetCommentFlow is provided as a productivity and outreach assistance product. We do not sell SEO rankings, search-engine guarantees, or link-placement outcomes.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the rules of any third-party websites you interact with.

You must not use the Service to:

Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited content
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
Distribute malware or attempt to compromise third-party systems
Bypass security, captchas, access controls, or technical restrictions on third-party sites in violation of law or those sites’ terms
Engage in abusive or high-volume messaging that violates applicable anti-spam or consumer-protection laws
Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute license keys, builds, or proprietary platform lists except as expressly permitted by us in writing
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the software except where such restriction is prohibited by law

You are solely responsible for the content you submit through the software and for ensuring your outreach complies with third-party website policies and applicable law. Complaints, blocks, or disputes arising from your use of third-party platforms are your responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Results Disclaimer

The Service interacts with or facilitates outreach toward websites and platforms we do not control.

We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, indexing status, traffic, conversions, or comment approval rates.
Third-party sites may moderate, delay, reject, or remove comments; they may also restrict accounts, emails, or IP addresses.
Outcomes depend on your content quality, niche, targeting, and third-party policies.
Any loss of access, reputation, or opportunity related to third-party platforms is not our responsibility.

5. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to your timely payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the GetCommentFlow desktop software on the number of machines permitted by your plan (typically machine-bound activation as described at purchase).

You purchase a license to use the software — not ownership of the software, code, trademarks, documentation, or platform lists. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by GetCommentFlow.

Platform lists and other proprietary materials delivered under your plan are licensed for your personal or internal business use only and may not be shared, sold, or published.

6. Subscriptions, Fees, and Taxes

Fees are shown at checkout (currently an annual plan unless otherwise stated). Prices may change for renewals with notice. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amounts due. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Except as stated in our Refund Policy below or required by law, fees are non-refundable once a license has been delivered and activated.

7. Refund Policy

We want the Service to work for legitimate customers.

Eligible refunds (within 14 days of purchase): If GetCommentFlow cannot run due to a verified technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve after reasonable support, contact [email protected] for a refund.

Not eligible: Change of mind after successful activation; failure to meet SEO or approval expectations; misuse or Acceptable Use violations; sharing or resale of license materials; issues caused by unsupported environments you decline to remediate; or requests made after 14 days (unless required by law).

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account termination.

8. Updates and Platform Delivery

Annual plans may include software updates and periodic platform-list delivery for the subscription term. Delivery schedules may vary. When the term ends, updates and list delivery stop unless renewed; continued use of your own materials is at your own risk and may be limited by activation rules.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETCOMMENTFLOW AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR, IF LESS, YOUR MOST RECENT SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetCommentFlow and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your outreach practices, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use of the software and proprietary materials, except as we expressly allow in writing.
