This Refund Policy applies to purchases of GetCommentFlow licenses and related plans on https://getcommentflow.com.

14-day technical refund

If, within 14 days of purchase, GetCommentFlow cannot run due to a verified technical issue on our side and we cannot resolve it after reasonable support, email [email protected] to request a refund.

Please include your order email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue (screenshots or logs help).

What is not refundable

  • Change of mind after successful download/activation
  • Dissatisfaction with SEO results, rankings, or third-party comment approval rates
  • Misuse or violation of our Terms of Service Acceptable Use Policy
  • Sharing, resale, or redistribution of licenses or platform lists
  • Issues caused by unsupported environments that you decline to fix
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (unless required by applicable law)

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or PayPal/Stripe.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account termination and refusal of future service.
